Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless experience.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Support receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
- Assist in monitoring and improving operational procedures to enhance departmental performance.
- Track and maintain account records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operational activities and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed to support HR initiatives. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within an HR or office setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with answering inbound calls and managing receptionist duties.
- Knowledge of operational procedures and performance tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
