Project Manger Assistant

Overview

The Project Manager Assistant supports Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and company procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination
• Track schedules, documents, and project deliverables
• Prepare and log RFIs, submittals, and meeting notes
• Coordinate communication with field teams, vendors, and contractors
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and job cost tracking
• Support project closeout documentation

• High school diploma (college coursework a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn construction processes and terminology
• Office-based with periodic visits to job sites
• Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and flexibility

• Entry/Mid-level role with training and mentorship
