Administrative Assistant 4 – Office of Marketing & Events
Supports the Vice President and the Office of Marketing & Events in Nevada State University, coordinating projects, printing requests, marketing collateral, travel, meetings, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate workflow for project and printing requests, including vendor quotes, art approvals, and purchase orders.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare agendas and reports for the Vice President, foundation board and office team.
- Track procurement in Workday: reconcile cards, create purchase requisitions and process invoice payments.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional and informational activities such as portal announcements.
- Maintain and manage calendars, room reservations, and meeting logistics.
- High school graduation or equivalent and at least four years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
- Experience providing administrative support to senior staff, secretarial duties, coordinating communications, and researching internal/external information.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Prior work in marketing, event planning, or higher education.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and internet search tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, manage sensitive data, and produce high‑quality work with attention to detail.
Salary: $50,153.76 (budgeted). Comprehensive benefits including vacation and sick leave, 12 paid holidays, educational benefits, health insurance plans with FSA/HSA options, and a pension retirement plan through PEERS, with a 19.25% employer match.
