The Project Coordinator supports the project management teamwithdocument control, project scheduling, financial documentation,and project close-outto ensure projects move smoothly through project milestones.
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Maintain documentation for project booking packages,ensuringthatpackagesarecomplete andkept up to date.
- Schedule and attend project turnover meetings and record important project details.
- Coordinate materialpurchasingand delivery,track shipments, and account for costs.
- Maintain billing andcollectionsdocumentation;communicate issues to the project management team.
- Create purchase requisitions for subcontracts. Complete subcontract agreements and bond documents.
- Create a monthly snapshot for all projects andidentifychanges inplanned costs.
- Track timesheet submittalsfor projects and ensure all timesheets aresubmittedbefore month-end.
- For projects set to close, ensure they do not have unissued material, are 100% billed,and do notcontaincommitted costs.
- Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- Must be able todemonstratethe ability to read and understand contract documentation
- Experience with Microsoft Officeand business software systems
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be a Notary Public OR must obtain a Notary Public designation from the State that this positionresideswithin the first 3 months of employment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in similar industry or construction industry
- Familiarity or experience withHVAC/Fire Alarm/Security systems
- SAP experience

The pay range for this position is $39,199 - $67,198 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
