Position SummaryResponsibilities include maintaining and organizing litigation materials; litigation management; processing correspondence, and various clerical duties, including filing/copying/court package assembly.
Key Responsibilities- Disassembles hard copy records to prepare records as well as document repair when needed.
- Responsible for sorting, scanning and filing correspondence/mail.
- Prints, collates and mails packages to attorneys, courts, and vendors in various states.
- Performs quality check to ensure accuracy before mailing.
- Performs high speed scanning of documents to convert to electronic files.
- Runs high volume machines and performs binding and finishing work.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility.
- Maintains knowledge of current department policies and procedures and applies as necessary.
- Updates department manager and team members about any recent changes.
- Manages incoming correspondence between the legal team, clients, courts and third parties.
- Performs various clerical duties, including filing, copying and court package assembly.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, PRANET, Application Extender; familiarity with Word and Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
Work performed in an office environment with telephones, personal computers, and printers. The office environment is an open workspace with individual workstations. The noise level is usually moderate.
Physical requirements:
Medium work positions that requires seldom to occasional medium lifting or carrying 25‑50 pounds; requires frequent lifting or carrying 11‑25 pounds; requires constant lifting or carrying 1‑10 pounds.

Salary Range & BenefitsSalary Range: $13.46 - $20.19. The posted salary range is a reasonable estimate and may be adjusted based on qualifications and location.
