Priority Ford Norfolk is looking for a skilled and motivated Used Car Technician to join our high-performing service team. If you enjoy diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning vehicles to top-quality standards—and want steady work in a fast-paced dealership environment—this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:- Inspect, diagnose, and repair used vehicles prior to retail sale
- Perform reconditioning, maintenance, and mechanical repairs efficiently
- Complete work accurately and in a timely manner to meet production goals
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Previous automotive technician experience (used car or reconditioning preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications a plus (not required)
