This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.
Work with a team customers consistently recognize for knowledgeable, helpful, and smooth sales experiences. Build repeat and referral business at a store where customers frequently return for their second or third vehicle purchase. Represent a full-service Ford dealership offering new, used, and certified pre-owned sales, financing, service, parts, and mobile service.
What You'll DoDiagnose vehicle concerns and complete maintenance and repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to repair orders, manufacturer guidelines, and Lithia standards. Document all diagnostic procedures, repairs performed, test results, and labor time accurately using dealership systems and timekeeping procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while properly caring for tools, equipment, shop supplies, and customer vehicles. Complete required technical training, maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications, and communicate with service advisors, technicians, and dealership leadership.

Automotive Technical Knowledge No previous experience required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
