Implementation Specialists—Client Onboarding Specialist

ADP is hiring Implementation Specialists for client onboarding. This is a hybrid position working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week.

• Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches.
• Partner internally by interacting and collaborating with ADP associates in sales and customer service, exchanging routine information with the client project team.
• Multi-task and communicate by working on multiple time‑sensitive follow‑ups and projects, sharing essential information with clients and internal teams.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to manage a high volume of inbound calls, with potential increase during peak seasons.

• Prior experience is not required; we will train you to be successful!
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

$20.00 / hour
