Hours vary. Sunday - Saturday, 6:00am - 9:00pm
Plans, implements, administers, and monitors the membership sales, recruitment, retention, and collections function of The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center. Manages member services staff; maintains complete understanding of membership point-of-sale software and processes; ensures staff are trained on applicable software. Identifies goals, implements, and performs outreach initiatives to recruit individual and corporate members. Maintains awareness and responds to questions about available programs/classes.
Handles advanced level and escalated customer service-related issues.
