Business Change Manager Sr
Location: Any Elevance Health PulsePoint. Residing in Seven Hills, OH is preferred.
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Business Change Manager Sr is responsible for partnering with leadership to identify, develop, and implement projects, programs, processes, and strategic initiatives that support business unit and enterprise objectives. This role serves as a key contributor to sales enablement tool adoption and change efforts, with a strong focus on creating clear, professional, and effective documentation, communications, presentations, training materials, and other change management assets that drive stakeholder understanding, adoption, and engagement.

- Collaborate with management and business leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute projects, programs, and initiatives that support strategic business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, executive presentations, business cases, process maps, training materials, communication plans, job aids, and other professional materials to support business operations and change management efforts.
- Lead efforts to identify, document, and implement best practices across business functions and operational processes.
- Assess and communicate project impacts, risks, scope changes, dependencies, and resource requirements to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify affected business areas, stakeholders, business partners, and resources necessary for successful project execution and organizational readiness.
- Design, document, and implement business processes, workflows, and systems that support operational effectiveness and evolving business needs.
- Develop methods and frameworks for integrating business functions, processes, and technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses, operational assessments, and business impact evaluations to support decision-making and investment prioritization.
- Build organizational support for business transformation initiatives through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and change management strategies.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process redesign, operational excellence practices, and performance measurement.
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Demonstrated experience developing high-quality executive-level presentations, business documentation, communications, training materials, and change management deliverables preferred.
- Proven success leading and managing complex projects with significant operational impact and budget responsibility preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business process redesign, organizational change management methodologies, and continuous improvement principles preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills preferred.
- Advanced documentation, presentation development, and business writing capabilities preferred.
