Responsibilities
- Support PMS-339 LCS Surface Training Systems, Technical Division
- Execute complex assignments and lead coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Provide guidance to program teams with minimal supervision
- Ensure compliance with applicable Navy and DoD policies
- Directly engage with Navy leadership across the Program Management (PAPM/APM) enterprise
- Lead advanced analysis, refinement, and strategic validation of LCS surface training systems requirements
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and consultation support regarding all aspects of LCS trainer delivery
- Identify LCS trainer cost, schedule, and performance issues
- Maintain leadership visibility into funding, milestones, and execution status
- Oversee assigned products and deliverables to ensure quality, format, traceability, and accuracy standards
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or 15 years relevant experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in Surface Training, Acquisition, time in or supporting the DoN, and PPBE
- Advanced Degree in a business or technical field (preferred)
- DAWIA Advanced Level certification in Program Management or equivalent (preferred)
- U.S. citizenship required; must possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance
- Must have a valid US passport or the ability to obtain one upon position acceptance
