Sentara Health is seeking a Dispatcher in Norfolk, VA to join our transportation team. This full-time, rotating-shift position handles non-emergency and emergency transport requests, using CAD to dispatch calls and coordinate with referral sources.
Responsibilities include receiving service requests via phone, fax, and computer applications, recording accurate information, and maintaining radio communications equipment. Prior call center experience and a driver license are preferred.
