Consultant Project Coordinator
Proven ability to manage complex workforce operations with high attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills across consultants, clients, and internal partners. Experience with timekeeping systems, payroll coordination, onboarding workflows, and contract administration. Comfortable operating onsite, independently, and in high-accountability environments. Strong experience supporting federal or Navy programs, ideally in a cleared or regulated environment.
The Consultant Project Coordinator (CPC) serves as the primary onsite delivery and operations partner supporting a mission-critical U.S. Navy program. This role is responsible for end-to-end consultant coordination across onboarding, compliance, scheduling, timekeeping, travel, and financial administration—while acting as the liaison between contractors, external leadership, Insight Global delivery teams, HR, Legal, Security, and Travel. Operating in a secure, fast-paced Navy environment, the CPC ensures workforce continuity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while proactively resolving issues that could impact mission delivery.
