Location: Multiple Locations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | Overtime Possible.

Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our ever-growing team!

In this role, you ll be responsible for managing all on-site aspects of commercial construction projects—from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure all work meets quality and code requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations on commercial construction job sites.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and local codes.
  • Enforce site safety in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, delays, and site conditions.
  • Identify and resolve issues or conflicts quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and time records.
  • Assist with scheduling inspections and managing change orders as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
  • Strong understanding of commercial building codes, scheduling, and construction methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with digital reporting tools and scheduling software (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
