As a Sales Project Manager, you ll:

• Conduct on-site inspections for structural, drainage, crawlspace, and waterproofing needs
• Develop customized repair recommendations for homeowners and commercial clients
• Manage project proposals, estimates, and customer tracking using CRM and job-costing tools
• Represent AMC with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills
• Attend regular meetings at our Norfolk office

Northern reach to Williamsburg, west to Smithfield & Suffolk, and south to the Virginia–North Carolina border. Coverage includes all Hampton Roads communities:
Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, and surrounding areas.

• Former business owners, seasoned sales professionals, or charismatic individuals with a gift for building customer relationships
• Proven ability to close at least $1 million annually in construction-related or similar sales
• Construction sales or project management experience is highly preferred
• Strong communicator with a polished, outgoing presence
• Comfortable with technology—CRM, estimating tools, smartphones, laptops, iPads
• Able to perform on-site inspections (physical activity required)
• Basic math competency
• Online assessment may be requested
