Construction Scheduler – Airport Projects

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling activities with field teams and subcontractors.
• Track project progress, identify schedule variances, and support reporting efforts.
• Help monitor labor, equipment, and material usage to align with project timelines.

• 3–5 years of construction scheduling or project coordination experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Interest in developing expertise in CPM scheduling and large-scale construction projects.
