Construction Project Scheduler - Airport

Salary: $40 - $52 per hour

• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Update schedules regularly with input from project teams and field staff
• Help ensure schedule logic, durations, and milestones are accurate and up to date
• Support daily and weekly schedule updates with field teams and subcontractors
• Track progress against the project schedule and report variances
• Participate in schedule review and coordination meetings
• Assist in tracking labor, equipment, and material usage in alignment with the schedule
• Help identify potential resource constraints or conflicts
• Prepare basic reports, including weekly look‑ahead schedules and progress updates
• Support senior schedulers with schedule analysis and documentation
• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and field staff
• Support coordination of project phasing in an active airport environment
• Maintain accurate records of schedule updates and supporting documentation
• Ensure data is organized and compliant with project requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination
• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and develop scheduling expertise
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Exposure to large‑scale infrastructure or airport projects is a plus
• Basic understanding of construction processes and sequencing
