Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $120,000-$160,000
* Company-provided housing (employee and eligible dependents)

Relocation or extended stay in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba is required as well as a valid passport. Position may begin stateside before mobilizing to Cuba.
What You'll Do
* Lead mechanical and hydronic piping field operations
* Coordinate subcontractors and field crews
* Manage installation activities, materials, and project execution
* Resolve field issues and ensure projects progress safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Qualifications
* 4+ years as a Piping Superintendent or Foreman on military, government, healthcare, or large commercial projects with budgets of 5+ million
* 4+ years of trade experience as a journey-level mechanical pipefitter
* Experience with hydronic piping systems, boilers, chillers, and underground utilities
* OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and EM-385 (or ability to obtain)
Previous work in active hospital environment or healthcare construction settings is highly preferred.
