Concrete Laborers

Wagman Heavy Civil, Inc. is seeking Concrete Laborers for their Norfolk, Virginia operations. These individuals will assist with a variety of construction tasks, including supporting pipe laying crews, pouring and chipping concrete, and maintaining site safety. The ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and have experience in heavy highway or bridge construction.

• $18.00/hr - $24.00/hr based on experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (relevant work experience accepted)
• 1+ years experience in construction preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and take instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Familiarity with paving, concrete, highway and/or bridge construction
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work at heights up to 150 feet
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, kneel, and crawl
• Acceptable corrected vision and hearing
• Subject to drug testing and compliance policies as a Federal Contractor

• Experience in Heavy Highway and/or bridge construction preferred
