Wagman is seeking experienced Drill Operators to join their Geotechnical Division in Norfolk, Virginia. These professionals will operate large diameter caisson drill rigs and support a variety of construction projects requiring deep foundations and earth retention systems. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, experienced with heavy equipment, and comfortable working outdoors year-round on regional sites. • Wage: $28.00/hr - $38.00/hr (Based on experience and certifications)

• HS Diploma or GED (relevant work experience can substitute)
• More than 1 year experience running drill rigs for large diameter caisson work
• Construction experience
• Experience running equipment helpful
• Valid Driver’s License
• Capable of operating machinery and rigs safely in accordance with company policy
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to carry, load, or unload materials
• Ability to perform minor repairs and service to equipment
• Ability to supervise drill rig helpers
• Compliance with drug testing and Federal Contractor policies
• Required to wear PPE and follow safety policies
