We’re hiring General Laborers to support field maintenance crews with hands‑on work. This role is ideal for reliable workers who don’t mind physical labor.
What You’ll Do- Pick up debris and maintain clean work areas
- Moving material
- Air Duct cleaning
- General construction tasks
- Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks
- Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Experience with construction is a plus (not required)
- Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a crew
- Full‑time, steady work
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
