The Virginia Symphony Orchestra is looking for a full-time Technical Coordinator to assist with the execution of production plans and technical operations for various events, including rehearsals, performances, tours, and special events. This position involves managing around 40 projects across 35 venues each season. The Technical Coordinator will work under the Production Manager's guidance, overseeing the production crew and coordinating necessary equipment, transportation, and technical tasks.
The role requires collaboration with musicians, venues, vendors, and production staff to ensure that production standards are maintained in a dynamic performing arts setting. The annual salary for this position is $45,000.
