This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and understands that the first impression sets the tone for the entire visit.

• Greet every service customer promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor
• Manage service drive traffic flow and ensure an organized check-in process
• Confirm appointments and assist with basic customer questions
• Maintain a clean, welcoming service drive area
• Communicate clearly with advisors and management to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Friendly, energetic personality with strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
