Interact with guests who enter the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all in the facility;
Be proactive and personable in greeting and assisting guests to their seats;
Scan event tickets, ensuring that the proper ticket is being used to gain entry;
Provide accurate arena and event information and direct guests accordingly;
Report any customer issues and building safety issues to supervisors
