CMA CGM Group - - Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and customer service emails within KPIs; provide tier 1 level service and build rapport with customers;
Provide shipment updates using rail and terminal websites;
Liaison between external and internal customers to expedite issues and reduce service failures;
Update tracking reports and assist in problem resolution including damaged cargo or lost containers;
Conduct root cause analysis for service failures and coordinate prompt recovery with customers and internal CMA CGM associates
