The Client Service Associate role supports clients and advisors by executing routine administrative tasks and handling client requests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with account openings, processing paperwork, and ensuring CRM data accuracy.
  • Schedule and prepare for client meetings, including gathering forms and financial reports.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and provide summaries to clients and the advisory team.
  • Process account openings, funding, deposit electronic checks, and money movements with custodians.
  • Handle cash transfers, wires, and trade-related reporting as needed.
  • Maintain ongoing quality control of CRM data.
  • Organize advisory team meetings and events.
  • Receive client calls and resolve questions or issues.
  • Execute client appreciation and retention activities.
  • Develop knowledge of investment accounts, products, and required transactional forms.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and follow‑ups.
Required Credentials
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred).

  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑based, collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment.
