- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
- Experience with Hilton systems, including the Hilton PEP property management system, is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
