The City of Norfolk is seeking an Account Representative for its Waste Management Division. This role involves providing customer service to city residents regarding their refuse bills and entering data into an automated system called North Star.
Applicants should have a high school education, customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
