Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support customers in meeting their financial needs and community service goals.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and contribute to individual and team success.
  • Make independent decisions to provide the best solutions for customers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Desire to meet financial needs of customers and community.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Previous cash handling experience; prior teller experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is desired.
Work Environment

Incumbent will work onsite at the designated branch location. The environment emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and a vibrant culture supporting professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay: $19/hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid time off & holidays, health savings account, employee banking benefits, tuition assistance, and a wellness program.
