Part Time Customer Service Associate
Job Description
The Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental. Maximizes revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receives world‑class customer service and sales support. Responsibilities also include shuttling customers and ensuring vehicles are prepared for customer pick‑up, which includes cleaning vehicles, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.
Wages$16.00 per hour
QualificationsStrong oral and written communication, ownership, accountability, and initiative. Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. Essential functions include sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading. Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine is required.
