Collections Agent

Overview

Life Protect 24/7 is searching for self‑motivated, high‑performing individuals who want to advocate for others, challenge themselves, and become leaders in recovering client accounts and solidifying relationships with our customer base.

9 am‑6 pm Monday‑Friday; OT optional 6 pm‑7 pm Monday‑Friday.

• Make and receive calls from diverse customers to update their service or account for our medical and security alert system.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls, listen to the customer's concerns, and obtain a form of payment to ship the customer's product.
• Address customer complaints, identify & report escalated issues to management, and process sales and cancellations.
• Offer savings opportunities and switch the form of payment when applicable.
• Maintain awareness of assigned goals and objectives and perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer and interpersonal communication skills.
• 1–2 years of customer service in a call center, service industry, or retail sales.
• Customer‑focused approach with adaptability to new situations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
• Motivation and desire to achieve driven by yourself.
