What You'll Do
- Lead architectural projects from initial concept through construction administration.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents using Revit.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams throughout all project phases.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior architects and design staff.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, client expectations, and applicable codes.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Architect (required)
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to lead project teams while balancing multiple priorities
- Diverse project experience is a plus
