Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with sponsor fulfillment and activation execution during Admirals home games
• Capturing proof of performance photos and videos for sponsor recap reports
• Assisting with game night hospitality and sponsor experience coordination
• Helping track sponsorship assets and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
• Assisting with community events, promotional appearances, and partnership-related initiatives as needed
• Providing general administrative and operational support to the Corporate Partnerships department
Ideal candidates should be organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced live event environment. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
