Compensation: up to $90,000

Schedule:

On-site Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, occasional night and weekend hours based on campus needs.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic educational leader to lead faculty development, instructional quality, accreditation compliance, and improve educational outcomes within a higher education and career‑focused learning environment.

Director of Education & Academic Operations to oversee academic programs, curriculum compliance, and instructional quality. Ensure operations align with ACCSC standards, state regulations, institutional policies, and best practices.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic educational leader with expertise in curriculum management, faculty coaching, accreditation compliance, instructional effectiveness, workforce development, and continuous improvement within higher education.

• Primary liaison between campus and corporate education leadership teams.
• Ensure instructional practices, faculty training and academic operations comply with ACCSC standards, state regulations and institutional policies.
• Audit academic programs, curricula, lesson plans, syllabi and instructional materials.
• Support institutional readiness for accreditation reviews, audits and regulatory reporting.

• Lead faculty onboarding and instructor training in accordance with ACCSC and institutional standards.
• Conduct classroom observations, provide coaching, feedback and performance support.
• Facilitate ongoing professional development and instructional improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a substitute instructor when operationally necessary.

• Create, maintain and monitor faculty personnel reports for all instructors.
• Conduct and document instructor performance audits and evaluations at least semi‑annually.
• Track educational outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Chair program coordinator meetings and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating program advisory committee meetings.
• Distribute PAC meeting documentation to corporate academic leadership and regional teams.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to support student achievement, retention and instructional quality initiatives.

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in private postsecondary education preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Campus Nexus experience a plus.
