Assistant Professor, Clinical Psychology (Tenure Track, F0524A)
The Department of Psychology in the College of Sciences at Old Dominion University (ODU) invites applicants for an Assistant Professor in Clinical Psychology. This is an annual, 10-month tenure-track appointment. The faculty member will support the Clinical Psychology concentration in our Ph.D. program as part of a multiple position hiring initiative within the department. This faculty member will be responsible for:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Has a research program that expands and complements those of current Clinical Psychology faculty in the department. We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in one or more foundational areas of clinical psychology, including but not limited to developmental psychopathology, mood disorders, anxiety and related disorders, personality disorders, serious mental illness, or other major areas of psychological dysfunction and mental health that are not currently covered in our department but complement existing faculty research interests.
- Is able to start this position on July 25, 2027, one of ODU's standard start dates for tenure-track faculty.
