Kinder Care Learning Companies in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Lead Teacher to lead, coach and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
You will partner with parents and center leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation and engagement while building positive relationships with families, teachers and community partners. A CDA or state trainer credential and 2–3 years of early childhood experience are preferred.
