As Science Outreach Program Instructor, you will travel to various summer programs to lead students through engaging, age-appropriate, hands-on science programs. Summer outreach programs begin mid-June and run through mid-August.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay starts at $18/hour
- Hours vary, range from 8-20 hours/week
- Mileage reimbursement available
- Enjoy teaching children the fascinating wonders of science!
Responsibilities:
- Teach 1 Hour Elementary, and 30 minute Preschool Science Programs using our lesson plans.
- Travel to schools, daycare centers, libraries, recreation centers and more

Since 2008, we have delivered unique, hands-on STEM experiences for children through our after-school programs, birthday parties, workshops, special events, and summer camps. Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working with GROUPS of children ages 5-11 is a must
- A valid driver's license and reliable car
- Minimum of 2 years of college
- Teaching certification is not required, but a plus
- Fun and outgoing personality!
