Position
Open pool of adjunct faculty for in-person courses in Anatomy and Physiology at Nevada State University.
CompensationLectures: $1,160 per credit hour (3 credit). Labs: $2,000 per credit hour (1 credit).
Qualifications- MS/MPH or terminal degree (e.g., Ph.D.) with a strong physiology background.
- Evidence of strong commitment to teaching, educational excellence, and mentoring undergraduate students.
- Demonstrated commitment to a diverse, non‑traditional, first‑generation student population.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and technology skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ph.D. in Anatomy or Physiology.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Chiropractor (DC), or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
- Demonstrated commitment to active learning and innovative teaching.
- Previous teaching experience at the college/university level.
- Evidence of instructional effectiveness.
