Part Time Instructor- Anatomy and Physiology

Position

Open pool of adjunct faculty for in-person courses in Anatomy and Physiology at Nevada State University.

Lectures: $1,160 per credit hour (3 credit). Labs: $2,000 per credit hour (1 credit).

• MS/MPH or terminal degree (e.g., Ph.D.) with a strong physiology background.
• Evidence of strong commitment to teaching, educational excellence, and mentoring undergraduate students.
• Demonstrated commitment to a diverse, non‑traditional, first‑generation student population.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and technology skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Ph.D. in Anatomy or Physiology.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Chiropractor (DC), or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
• Demonstrated commitment to active learning and innovative teaching.
• Previous teaching experience at the college/university level.
• Evidence of instructional effectiveness.
