Job DescriptionThe Department of Women’s and Gender Studies at Old Dominion University invites applicants for part-time Adjunct teaching opportunities within the department. Although we are currentlyfully staffed, we are seeking individuals who may be available toteach as opportunities arise. Those selected will be hired as partof an adjunct pool, which will be utilized as needed based on whichcourses are in need of coverage.
We tend to have the greatest needfor instructors who can teach daytime, on-campus courses between8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, most often in our General Education class,“Women, Gender, and Technology.” Some online asynchronous teaching opportunities may also be available.
