Kinder Care Education is hiring a Lead Teacher to deliver high-quality early childhood education across our centers. You will lead, coach, and mentor teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children and families.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience, a CDA credential or equivalent, and a Bachelor’s in ECE preferred. Strong communication with parents and a commitment to safety are essential.
