Teacher, Elementary School

Kinder Care is seeking a dedicated Teacher for Tanners Creek Elementary School to inspire and support young learners. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that build core academic and social-emotional skills. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore and grow. Working within Kinder Care's nurturing, collaborative culture, you will partner with families, colleagues, and school leadership to monitor progress, adapt instruction, and support each child's individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, standards-based lessons for elementary students.

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student growth and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with school staff to support school-wide initiatives and student success.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and classroom documentation.
• Implement positive behavior support and classroom management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with school, district, and state policies and safety procedures.
