Qualifications and
Experience:
- Experience working in a school or educational environment is strongly preferred
- Understanding of the role of a Paraprofessional and a dedication to supporting student development
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with educators, students, and other staff members
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of classroom dynamics and student needs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to remain organized in a fast-paced school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill in as a substitute Paraprofessional during staff absences, ensuring continuous support for students and teachers
- Provide direct assistance to students, either as part of the classroom group or on a one-on-one basis
- Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional activities, and preparation of learning materials
- Support students with special needs or those requiring additional guidance
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
