Our client’s Boston office is looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to support a major U.S. offshore wind farm
, overseeing a T&T scope
. This is a long‑term contract role running into late 2026
, operating on a 4‑week on / 4‑week off rotation
.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance across offshore operations.
- Provide HSE advice and hands‑on support to offshore project teams
- Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits
- Develop and implement safety plans and emergency response procedures
- Investigate incidents and near misses, recommending corrective actions
- Deliver HSE training to staff and contractors
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate HSE reporting and data for senior management
- U.S. resident or B1-OCS visa holder
- Experience in HSE advisory roles, ideally within offshore wind or marine environments
- GWO Basic + Enhanced First Aid & Advanced Rescue
- (exception possible for first rotation if willing to obtain before second rotation – training costs reimbursed)
- OGUK + Chester Step Test
- Confined Space Training (Medium Risk)
