- At least 7 years of direct work experience with surface ship C4
ISR installations that include eight (8) years of experience managing or performing the design, installation, testing, inspection, logistics, resource management, and completion of the C4
ISR system installation efforts for US Navy surface ships. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
- At least four (4) years as manager of shipboard installation projects involving multiple systems, supervising project personnel, scheduling work, writing proposals, preparing bids, and controlling equipment and material logistics.
- FAR and DFAR compliance.

- Aloft/Climbing / Climbing Shipyard Stairs and Ladders
- Working in Confined Spaces
- Training and the ability to safely lift and move objects of 50 lbs
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Work is primarily in San Diego, CA and Norfolk, VA; travel may be required to other U.S. shipyards and Navy ports abroad.
- Pass a background investigation.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and may need U.S. citizenship for access to classified information.
- Secret clearance is required.
- Exposure to computer screens for extended periods.
- Sitting for extended periods.
- Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
- Finger dexterity to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms (e.g., using a keyboard).
