• Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Management Plans and Definable Features of Work using the Three Phase Inspection System consisting of Preparatory, Initial, and Follow up stages.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFI responses to ensure all civil, structural, architectural, and MEP work adheres to design intent as well as IBC and ASTM standards.
• Maintain a presence in the field 60 percent of the time to oversee subcontractor quality, conduct daily audits, and manage documentation such as daily logs and Non Conformance Reports.
• Lead ground up projects through to turnover while coordinating with MEP teams and third party inspectors during final commissioning and testing phases to ensure contract compliance.
• Be prepared to work up to 5 hours of overtime per week.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large scale commercial or industrial quality management.
• Technical proficiency in Procore.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain one.
• High School education.
• Manager level experience.
