We’re looking for a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) who is ready to take ownership of projects, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to meaningful, technically challenging work in a highly collaborative, in-office environment alongside a team of experienced engineers and designers.

- Serve as a key contributor within our Buildings team, combining technical expertise, project ownership, and collaboration
- Design and deliver electrical systems for complex building projects
- Prepare project specifications, reports, and full construction document packages
- Conduct design analyses, planning studies, and cost evaluations
- Interpret data and apply engineering principles to develop practical, innovative solutions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers in a multi‑disciplinary environment
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure technical accuracy and project excellence
- Participate in field observations and construction phase services
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
- Lead or support discipline teams or small multi‑disciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program (or equivalent experience)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and regulations
- Experience with construction document production and engineering design software
- Proven ability to solve complex problems with innovative, practical solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
- Experience working on building systems and site‑related projects
