Serve as a subject matter expert for Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) including cranes;
Provide expert guidance for overhaul, repair, and modernization of WHE;
Serve as the configuration control SME to ensure compliance with NAVFAC/NAVSEA standards;
Act as a senior Project Manager for large-scale, multi-disciplinary crane projects;
Manage maintenance, testing, and inspection activities for cranes and rigging gear per NAVFAC P-307 and related policies
