To process, file and record all Digital Transformation & Technology budgets and payroll records, prepare and monitor purchase orders and purchase requisitions, billings and budget transfers, travel and petty cash reimbursements.
Required Qualifications:- Working knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting or finance practices, policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of financial information systems.
- Knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated skill in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access to prepare correspondence, create reports, and manipulate data.
- Demonstrated proofreading skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and reconcile accounts to include preparing financial reports.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment as well as to work independently and prioritize work.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment when making decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to research questions and interpret/explain complex regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct the work of others.
Considerable experience working with financial transactions to include monitoring and reconciling budgets, maintaining paper and/or electronic financial records, processing purchase orders, generating financial reports and other related functions. Some supervisory experience.
Additional Considerations (supplemental knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, licensure, certification):- Some knowledge of Library of Congress classification system.
- Some knowledge of library systems, services, and organization.
- Some experience working in a library.
- Some experience working with integrated library systems and knowledge of circulation functions.

Position is located On-Campus.

Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
