A leading organization is seeking an accomplished Business Finance Manager to serve as a strategic partner to regional and market leadership teams. This role is responsible for driving financial performance through comprehensive planning, reporting, and analysis. The position will focus on forecasting, performance management, financial close support, and investment analysis to ensure informed decision-making and strong business execution. The Business Finance Manager will collaborate closely with senior finance and accounting leaders to maintain financial accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end financial forecasting process, delivering accurate P&L projections, variance analysis, and actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and update frequent revenue forecasts to support market leadership decisions, identify trends, and optimize short-term financial outcomes.
- Conduct monthly financial performance reviews with business leaders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key drivers of results.
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to support month-end close activities, validate financial results, and ensure integrity across revenue and expense reporting.
- Prepare and evaluate financial models for new business opportunities, acquisitions, and capital projects, including ROI, IRR, and sensitivity analyses.
- Collaborate with regional and general management to drive accountability, improve profitability, and support strategic business objectives.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and executive leadership to align on financial assumptions, reporting standards, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business finance
- Proven track record supporting P&L ownership or business unit leadership
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience supporting month-end close and annual planning processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-financial audiences
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and seniority levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- High degree of integrity and commitment to producing quality work
