Towne Bank is seeking a Mortgage HMDA Specialist in Norfolk, Virginia to audit loan packages ensuring HMDA compliance reporting is accurate. Responsibilities include reviewing non-originated loans, managing workflows via Encompass, and performing compliance reviews on closed loans.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and expertise in Microsoft Excel. Relevant mortgage experience and familiarity with Encompass software are preferred.
